The service

The done-for-you AI visibility program

Everything that goes into getting your business understood, trusted, cited, and recommended by AI answer engines — and nothing left for you to implement.

What does Click Elevate do? We run a done-for-you Answer Engine Optimization program for local and service businesses. That means we diagnose how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews currently describe you, fix the technical layer that lets them read you correctly, build the third-party corroboration that makes you safe to name, write the content they can quote — and then verify it by re-testing the engines every cycle.

How fast

Technical wins land in days, not months

A large part of this work is not a marketing campaign that needs a quarter to warm up. It is engineering. Files get published, markup gets deployed, crawlers get unblocked — and those changes exist as soon as we make them.

Same day

llms.txt published and crawler access fixed

These are single-file and configuration changes. Once your llms.txt is live and the AI crawlers are allowed in, that signal exists immediately — there is no waiting on anyone else.

Days

Schema deployed and validated

We write and push your structured data, then validate it. Crawlers that revisit your pages pick the markup up quickly, and this is usually the first change that alters how machines describe your business.

Days to weeks

Business citations submitted and corrected

We push your corrected details to directories and profiles. Each source reflects the update on its own timetable, so this layer fills in progressively rather than all at once.

Ongoing

AI answers shift and citations compound

This is the layer that legitimately takes time to build. Models resurface content and trust signals on their own schedules. We re-test every cycle so you can see movement as it happens rather than waiting for a year-end report.

Being straight with you: the technical layer moves in days because it is under our control. The citation and content layer compounds over weeks, and how quickly an AI platform changes what it says is decided by that platform, not by us. That is exactly why we re-test every cycle instead of asking you to take progress on faith. No one can promise a specific answer from an AI engine — but we can promise you will see what changed, quickly.

What's included

The complete inventory of work

Every deliverable in the program, named. If it is on this page, it is part of the done-for-you service — implemented by us, not assigned to you.

Phase 01

Diagnose

Crawler-access test
We fetch your pages the way GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot do, and record exactly what comes back — including whether your key content only appears after JavaScript runs.
Structured-data audit
Every JSON-LD block on your site is parsed and checked for validity, completeness, and whether it describes your business as one consistent entity.
Entity and consistency review
We compare how your name, services, service area, and contact details read across your site and your third-party profiles, and flag contradictions.
Prompt discovery
We map the natural-language questions your customers actually ask AI engines, not the keywords you assume they search.
Baseline answer capture
We record what the AI engines currently say about you — named, misdescribed, omitted, or replaced by a competitor — so there is a real starting point to measure against.
Phase 02

Identify and compare

Running AI visibility reports
Ongoing reporting, not a one-off audit: which questions you appear in, how you are described, and whether the answer changed since the last cycle.
Competitor comparison
For the same questions, we track which businesses the engines name instead of you, and how often. This is where share of voice comes from.
Citation gap analysis
Where competitors are corroborated by sources that do not yet mention you, so citation work is pointed at real gaps rather than generic directory lists.
Content gap analysis
Which of your priority questions have no page answering them, or have a page that never states the answer plainly enough to be quoted.
Technical blocker identification
Anything stopping a crawler from reaching or reading you, ranked by how much it costs you.
Phase 03

Fix the technical layer

Schema written and deployed
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Person, and BreadcrumbList markup — written for your actual business, deployed, and validated. Not a template with placeholders left in.
llms.txt created
A curated summary file that tells AI crawlers who you are and which pages matter most, published at your site root.
robots.txt and crawler access
We check that nothing in your configuration is locking out the crawlers that power AI answers, and correct it if it is.
Renderability fixes
If critical content only exists after client-side JavaScript runs, we flag it and work out how to get it into the initial response.
Canonical and metadata hygiene
The unglamorous plumbing that stops duplicate or conflicting signals about your business.
Phase 04

Build corroboration

Business citation submissions
Your details pushed into the directories, trade bodies, and professional profiles that matter for your category and market — handled for you, not handed to you as a checklist.
NAP and detail correction
Inconsistent name, address or service area, and phone details corrected across existing listings so third parties agree about who you are.
E-E-A-T signals on your own site
Named authors, credentials, qualifications, licensing, and verifiable proof — the things that make a source safe to cite.
Community authority content
Useful participation where your customers and peers already talk, rather than manufactured mentions.
Review and proof surfacing
Making genuine reviews and case material machine-readable so it can be used as evidence rather than sitting in an image.
Phase 05

Publish and optimize

Answer-first page rewrites
Your priority service and location pages rewritten so the direct answer comes first and a model can extract it accurately.
New pages for unserved questions
Where a real customer question has no page answering it, we write one.
AI-optimized content pieces
Scheduled production of content built around your target questions, on the cadence your plan covers.
Internal linking
Connecting the answers so crawlers and readers can actually reach them.
Measurement and re-testing
Every cycle we re-run the same questions against the engines and report what moved, what held, and what needs another pass.
Community & forums

Why Reddit and community threads matter so much

This is the part of AEO that surprises people. Schema and structured data tell a machine what your business is. Community discussion is often what makes it willing to recommend you.

Reason 01

Forum threads are heavily represented in what AI systems retrieve

When an assistant answers a recommendation question, the sources behind that answer skew toward pages that read like a real discussion: first-hand experience, specific problems, honest comparisons, and replies that confirm or contradict. Long-form forum and community threads have exactly that shape, which is why they surface so often when someone asks who to hire or what to buy.

Reason 02

Answers are assembled from consensus, not a single page

A model does not need one authoritative page declaring you the best. It needs several independent places that agree on the same facts. When your site says you are the fastest in the area but nothing else on the internet repeats it, the claim has no corroboration. Community discussion is one of the few places that corroboration forms naturally.

Reason 03

Recommendation questions get asked by humans in public

People ask “who has anyone actually used for this?” in local and trade communities every day. Those threads are indexed, quoted, and reused. Being genuinely present in the places your customers already discuss their problems puts your name into the exact conversational context a model later draws on.

Reason 04

Third-party agreement is what makes a claim safe to repeat

A model is more willing to name a business when multiple unrelated sources describe it consistently. That is the same reason review profiles and directories matter. Community participation is the layer that supplies context and specifics, which directories alone cannot.

What real participation looks like

  • Answer questions you actually know the answer to, in the communities where your customers ask them
  • Explain specifics — how a repair works, what a fair price looks like, what to ask a contractor
  • Disclose that you run a business in the space. Transparency is the difference between expertise and spam
  • Identify the threads that already rank for your customer questions and take part in those
  • Stay consistent with the facts on your own site, so every source agrees

What we will never do

  • Astroturfed threads, fake accounts, or manufactured recommendations of your own business
  • Keyword-stuffed comments that add nothing to the conversation
  • Copy-pasting the same promotional reply across threads
  • Review gating or review incentives — those violate platform rules and are detectable
  • Chasing volume over relevance; one useful answer in the right thread outweighs fifty generic ones

Being straight with you: Being direct about this: community work is slower to show up than a schema fix, and its effect is harder to isolate in a report. We still do it, because for the specific questions our clients want to win — the local recommendation questions — independently corroborated discussion carries a weight that on-page changes alone cannot. We also do not buy reviews, fabricate threads, or post as anyone other than ourselves, and we would rather tell you that than quietly do it.

How this fits the plan

Community participation is the Community Authority Posts line in your plan, and it is why that line exists. Because this layer is slower to compound than a schema fix, we also front-load the entire citation volume — all of it lands in Months 1-2 on every tier rather than being spread thinly across a year. Faster input into the slowest layer is the most reliable way to shorten the timeline.

Running reports

What lands in your inbox

Reporting is part of the product, not an upsell. It runs continuously, which is how you see movement instead of waiting to be told about it at year end.

Monthly visibility report

Plain-language: the questions we tested, what each AI platform answered, whether you were named, and how that compares with last month and with your competitors. No dashboards to interpret.

Score tracking

Your 0–100 AEO score tracked over time with the five-area breakdown, so you can see which area moved and which one is holding you back.

Competitor and share-of-voice view

Who the engines name for your questions, how often that is you, and how the balance changed since the previous cycle.

Work log

What we changed this cycle, why we changed it, and what we will do next — so the work is auditable rather than mysterious.

Citation progress

Which submissions and listings have gone live, which are still processing, and where corrections are still outstanding.

Live client portal

Everything above, available whenever you want to look — score history, reports, and the work log. No waiting for the monthly email.

How it runs

The first month, then every month after

The same sequence every engagement follows. Front-loaded on the fixes that move fastest, then a compounding cycle.

01
Days 1–7

Diagnose and baseline

Full audit, prompt discovery, baseline answer capture at all five platforms, and the prioritized fix list. You see the same picture we do.

02
Days 8–30

Fix the technical layer

Schema written and deployed, llms.txt published, crawler access corrected, first batch of citation submissions, first content priorities shipped.

03
Ongoing monthly

Publish, corroborate, verify

Content built around target questions, citations worked through, and every cycle closed with an AI answer re-test and a report.

04
Each quarter

Review and re-target

We re-prioritize the question set against what the engines are actually answering now, and adjust where the effort goes.

Your side

What the program needs from you

Done-for-you does not mean you are absent. It means your involvement is limited to review and access rather than execution.

Accuracy review

We draft facts about your business; you confirm they are true. We never publish claims about you that you have not approved.

Access

Ability to publish to your site, or a developer contact who can deploy the schema and content we prepare. We can work with either.

Credentials and proof

Licenses, certifications, qualifications, and genuine reviews. These are the substance behind E-E-A-T — we cannot invent them and would not.

Approvals on a reasonable clock

A few days per batch. This is the one input that most often slows a program down.

How we operate

Four things we commit to

Done for you, not handed to you

You are not buying a dashboard and a to-do list. We do the implementation, including the parts that are tedious.

Verified in real AI answers

We re-test actual prompts against the engines every cycle, so progress is measured rather than assumed.

Honest about the limits

No one controls what an AI platform says. We improve the evidence a model can use, and we say so plainly.

You see the work

Every change is logged in your portal: what changed, why, and what the next measurement shows.

Scope: what this program is not

Clear boundaries save everyone time. This is a visibility program, not a general marketing retainer.

It is not

  • · A replacement for your SEO agency — the two are complementary, and you do not need to cancel anything.
  • · Paid media, ad management, or lead generation.
  • · A website redesign or a general web development contract.
  • · A guarantee of rankings, citations, or revenue.

It is

  • · Structured data, crawlability, and machine-readability work.
  • · Third-party corroboration and citation building.
  • · Answer-first content written around real customer questions.
  • · Continuous measurement of what the AI engines actually say.

Who this works best for

Local and service businesses whose customers ask recommendation-style questions before they buy: home services, dental and medical practices, legal, professional services, and multi-location operators. If someone might reasonably ask an AI assistant "who should I hire for this?", this is the right work.

It works best when you already have a functioning website and real credentials to point at. If your site cannot be crawled at all, we will tell you to fix the fundamentals first rather than sell you a program that cannot land.
